Miller
Packaging is a subsidiary of MACO Bag Corporation, a third-generation
family owned manufacturer of heat sealable pouches and custom
bags and a supplier of contract packaging services that has
been satisfying the needs of some of the most esteemed names
in business, including Fortune 500 companies like Exxon-Mobil,
Dow Chemical, Xerox, Johnson & Johnson, and Eastman Kodak,
for over 75 years.

For
customers with products that are sensitive to static electricity
and/or moisture vapor we offer metal-in and metal-out static
shield bags, zipper-closure or tape-closure static shielding
bags, amine-free "pink-poly" polyethylene (PE) anti-static
and static dissipative bags, black conductive PE and other
styles of ESD/static bags, ESD-safe foil and metalized polyester
(PET) moisture barrier bags and transparent moisture barrier
bags, with low Moisture Vapor Transmission Rates (MVTR). Where
mechanical protection is required, Miller Packaging offers
anti-static and shielding bubble cushion pouches.
For our customers requiring specialized packaging for Medical/Pharmaceutical,
Food or Photo-Imaging applications, we offer puncture and
abrasion resistant bags and pouches incorporating paper, foil
and Photoblack (densitometer reading >9) polyethylene (PE).
Miller Packaging offers toner cartridge bags, acid-resistant
bags, and Federal Drug Administration (FDA) approved food
packaging products that are autoclavable and microwaveable
(ex. seafood bags, vegetable bags and coffee bags).
We stock many commonly used products, which are available
for immediate shipment. Or we can build products to your specific
requirements, quickly and efficiently.
Miller
Packaging also offers many variations of specialized packaging
materials and bags like packing list / packing slip envelopes,
multicolor printed bags, adhesive-backed bags or bags with
tape closures. We also offer bags made of foil, TyvekŠ or
metalized TyvekŠ that comply with MIL-PRF-81705, MIL-B-131,
and other U.S. Military specifications. And we offer vapor
corrosion inhibiting (VCI) films that can be combined with
any of the above.
Miller
Packaging also makes stock bags from commodity materials such
as poly coex, nylon, Mylar, plain polyethylene (PE), polypropylene
(PP) or polyester (PET) to make ordinary flat or zipper-closure
commodity style bags that are ready for immediate shipment,
or custom bags with small minimum order requirements and short
lead times.

the above listed items we can add custom printing or hot stamping,
apply labels, add tear notches, die cut shapes, make three dimensional
(3D) gusset bags, make the bags with lips or leaders, piggy-back
or "kangaroo" pouches, vent holes, or supply perforated bags
on a roll.

used stock bags are in inventory ready for immediate shipment,
or Miller Packaging can arrange to inventory your custom bags
for you.

Our bags and pouches can protect against mechanical damage,
Electro-static Discharge (ESD) or static fields, light, moisture
vapor, corrosion, food aging or spoilage, and more. We can
supply bags that can be vacuum sealed, are FDA approved for
food use, and that can be autoclaved or are microwaveable.
We’ll
provide virtually any size and shape of bag or pouch, in any
quantity, with special printing or labels or zip or tape closures
or a gusset or tear notches or air values.
We can
provide custom inventories and scheduled deliveries from multiple
locations.

made, as well as perform final goods inspections, and all
